Radicalizing radishes and fennel & orange with the vim of vinegar!
I enjoyed trying this new marmalade recipe that uses campari liquer. It added a nice zing to the marmalade. I hope to try the same recipe using limoncello next.
I recently bought a new canning book called Preserving Italy by Domenica Marchetti. I love it.
