September Fruit Butters and Pastes

I truly enjoyed making butters this month!  It was the second time that I made the Oven Roasted Peach Butter.  And again it is super!  Not too sweet and perfect folded into greek yogurt.

I also tried making Apple and Pear Paste from Preserving Italy cookbook.  The paste came out so silky and smooth and goes perfectly with cheese.
